Service To Others

Sylvia Donnelly addressed an audience of fellow parents as well as trustees, families, and friends at the Parent Appreciation Reception on May 13, 2010.  Sylvia was among 48 individuals, families, and organizations recognized as Distinguished Volunteers that evening.  Service to others, which the Distinguished Volunteers personify, is a key element of CIS’ mission.  An etched tablet bearing the names of Distinguished Volunteers for Academic Year 2009-2010 is currently on display in Founders’ Hall.

Sylvia is the mother of Dalilah, a sixth grade student at CIS.
